The rates.
We work with fixed rates. These are determined by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZA).
Do you have additional insurance (dental insurance)?
The oral hygiene treatments are (partly) reimbursed by your health insurer if you have additional insurance. It differs per insurer how many and which treatments are reimbursed. If there are any questions about the reimbursements, we advise you to contact your health insurer.
Children up to 18 years free.
Dental hygiene treatments for children up to and including 18 years of age are fully reimbursed!
A missed appointment or a C90.
We will of course be happy to receive you at the agreed time. If you are unable to attend and cannot come to the scheduled appointment, you can reschedule it. Please take the following regulations into account:
● You can reschedule the appointment free of charge 48 hours before the scheduled appointment;
● If the appointment is not rescheduled in time, we will be forced to charge costs;
● If you do not show up for the scheduled appointment, we will be forced to charge costs;
● If you are ill and cannot attend your scheduled appointment, we would always like to hear from you as soon as possible or before 9:00 am on the same day.
A payment.
Payments must be made after the treatment at the counter and preferably by pin. We do not work with a billing company. You will receive the invoice (digital or printed), which you can submit to your health insurer. You will then be (partially) reimbursed for the treatment. This depends on your health insurer.
